H.H.C. Group Welcomes Amanda Evy: Strengthening Broker Partnerships and National Growth in Cost Containment

March 09, 2026

H.H.C. Group is proud to welcome Amanda Evy as our new Business Development Manager — a strategic addition that reinforces our commitment to broker partnerships, national growth, and smarter cost-containment solutions.

With more than two decades of experience in the employee benefits and insurance space, Amanda brings a deep understanding of broker consulting, self-funded plan strategy, and relationship-driven market development. Her career has been defined by one consistent theme: helping brokers and employers navigate complex benefit decisions with clarity and confidence.

A Proven Track Record in Broker-Focused Consulting

Prior to joining H.H.C. Group, Amanda served as a Benefits Consultant with Marsh McLennan Agency in Rockville, Md., where she conducted comprehensive client needs assessments and secured new employer groups with a focus on Self-Funded Insurance and Captive Insurance strategies. Her consultative expertise earned her recognition as a featured presenter at multiple professional events, including the FCSHRM Annual Conference at Mount St. Mary's University.

Earlier in her career, Amanda held consulting roles with Kelly Insurance Agency and Summit Insurance Services, a Hilb Group Company. There, she secured 14 new employer groups as Broker of Record, generating more than $600,000 in recurring annual revenue. Her ability to combine disciplined prospecting with strategic advisory guidance helped employers move confidently into more sophisticated benefit structures.

Amanda's early experience supporting financial and insurance producers nationwide further strengthened her understanding of complex product lines, broker distribution channels, and the real-world dynamics that influence employer decision-making.

Why Amanda's Experience Matters Now

The benefits landscape is shifting. Rising claim severity, increasing stop-loss pressure, and heightened fiduciary scrutiny require brokers and plan sponsors to look beyond traditional approaches.

Amanda joins H.H.C. Group at a critical moment — one where human-led oversight, attorney-guided negotiation, clinical validation, and defensible pricing strategies are more important than ever. Her ability to build trust quickly and translate complex cost-containment strategies into practical guidance makes her a powerful advocate for our broker partners.

"I'm excited to join a team so committed to integrity, accountability, and measurable results," Amanda says. "H.H.C. Group's human-led approach to cost containment truly makes a difference for brokers and employers navigating today's high-cost claims environment."

Bruce D. Roffé, President and CEO of H.H.C. Group, adds:
"Amanda's background in broker consulting and strategic growth aligns perfectly with our mission. She understands the pressures our partners face and brings the credibility and leadership needed to help them strengthen outcomes before risk escalates."

Looking Ahead

As Business Development Manager, Amanda will focus on expanding H.H.C., deepening TPA, Stop-Loss carrier, MGU and broker relationships, and helping partners apply early, disciplined oversight to high-dollar claims.

Her addition reinforces what defines H.H.C. Group:

Real people. Real expertise. Real savings.
