David L. Hess Joins H.H.C. Group Legal Team

April 11, 2018 HHC Group is proud to announce the addition of David L. Hess as Medicare/Workers' Compensation Compliance Officer reporting to Bruce D. Roffé, HHC Group President, and to Leana Derbarghamian, ESQ., the company's General Counsel. David will be responsible for reviewing, maintaining and enforcing Medicare/CMS Guidelines as well as state regulations for repricing claims to the Medicare rate or state Workers' Comp fee schedules. He will also handle any provider appeals or reconsideration requests, and assist in various other legal matters.

David earned his Bachelor of Science in Communications degree from Ohio University in 2000 and his Juris Doctor degree from the Catholic University of America in 2002. David brings 15 years of experience representing a wide variety of clients and supervising other attorneys.
