ROCKVILLE, MD – October 26, 2026 – H.H.C. Group (H.H.C.), a leader in reducing healthcare expenditures through cost containment and independent review solutions, announces that William (Bill) Glueck has joined its executive team as executive vice president of sales. A seasoned healthcare and employee benefits executive, Glueck brings extensive experience driving growth, innovation and strategic partnerships across the benefits, insurance and healthcare industries.

"Bill brings a rare combination of benefits-industry depth and a proven record of building partnerships that deliver measurable results for employers, TPAs and brokers," says Bruce D. Roffé, P.D., M.S., H.I.A., a registered pharmacist and president and CEO, H.H.C. Group. "As employers look for stronger ways to contain medical spending, his experience in alternative funding, plan design and workflow optimization will help us extend the reach of our cost-containment solutions to more of the market."

Throughout his career, Glueck has focused on healthcare cost containment, benefits administration, innovative plan design, alternative funding arrangements, workflow optimization and improving healthcare outcomes for employers, unions, health plans, TPAs, brokers and other industry stakeholders.

Before joining H.H.C., Glueck served as EVP of partnerships and platform integrations at ARC Fertility, where he helped develop and implement employer-sponsored fertility benefit programs for large self-funded organizations in collaboration with leading brokerage firms. ARC Fertility was acquired in 2026. He also was vice president of strategy and business development at MeetCaregivers, where he established the company's first Medicare Advantage partnerships, expanding access to in-home care services for seniors, veterans and disabled individuals nationwide. As vice president of business development for North America at PAI Health, he played a key role in securing $9 million in funding and developing wellness and life insurance solutions powered by wearable health technology.

Earlier, Glueck was director of business development for LIMRA's Commercial Solutions Division, where he helped launch SaaS-based benchmarking and analytics platforms used by insurance carriers throughout North America. He also co-founded Information Products Inc., a benefits technology company that grew to serve more than 100 employers, TPAs and Taft-Hartley funds before its sale in 2013. Glueck began his career with Prudential, later founded and sold his own employee benefits brokerage firm, and served as brokerage manager for Anthem of Connecticut.

Glueck says, "H.H.C. has built a reputation for delivering real savings with integrity and compliance, and that is a powerful story to bring to the market. I'm excited to join this team and help employers, TPAs, brokers and carriers put proven cost-containment solutions to work."

Glueck holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Central Connecticut State University. He has been active in numerous community and industry organizations, including Junior Achievement, United Way, Big Brothers, Ducks Unlimited and the Connecticut Insurance Department's Advisory Panel on Innovation.
