She was also selected as a featured presenter at industry events, including the FCSHRM Annual Conference at Mount St. Mary's University.

She also generated more than $600,000 in recurring annual revenue as Broker of Record during her tenure with Kelly Insurance Agency and Summit Insurance Services, building deep expertise in broker distribution and complex insurance solutions.
