As a Registered Pharmacist and Licensed Health Insurance Adjuster in multiple states, Dr. Roffe brings rare dual expertise—combining deep clinical knowledge with a practical understanding of claims administration and payer operations. Under Dr. Roffe's leadership, H.H.C. He also served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Hospital Pharmacy at Wayne State University's College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, reinforcing his lifelong commitment to evidence‑based care and professional education.

Dr. Roffe earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Columbia University. He completed an ASHP‑accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and earned a Master of Science in Hospital Pharmacy from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.

Today, Dr. Roffe remains actively engaged in guiding H.H.C. Group's growth into new markets, developing innovative solutions that help clients control costs without compromising clinical quality, compliance, or credibility.

Roberta serves as Vice President of Operations at H.H.C. Group and is a thirty‑year veteran of the organization. Throughout her tenure, she has played a critical role in building and scaling the operational infrastructure that enables H.H.C. Group to deliver accurate, compliant, and defensible cost‑containment outcomes for its clients.

Roberta brings extensive experience in commercial healthcare credit and collections, developed through hands‑on leadership roles at premier healthcare institutions including The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Sinai Hospital of Detroit. Her background gives her a deep, practical understanding of provider billing practices, payer requirements, and the real‑world mechanics behind healthcare reimbursement.

An expert in commercial insurance reimbursement, as well as Medicare and Medicaid, Roberta ensures that H.H.C. Group's operational processes align with payer guidelines, regulatory standards, and documentation requirements. Her expertise is central to delivering savings that are not only financially meaningful, but also operationally sound and audit‑ready.

Roberta is also a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), further strengthening H.H.C. Group's ability to evaluate medical charges with precision and clinical accuracy. This credential reinforces the company's commitment to evidence‑based review methodologies and strengthens its credibility with payers, TPAs, providers, and regulators.

As Vice President of Operations, Roberta oversees day‑to‑day execution across H.H.C. Group's service lines, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality as the organization continues to grow. Her leadership exemplifies H.H.C. Group's core promise: disciplined operations, reimbursement integrity, and results clients can trust.

Dr. Roger Hinkson is board-certified in occupational and environmental medicine with prior experience as a California State qualified medical evaluator (QME) and an independent medical examiner (IME) with the California Employment Development Department. He has worked for a large multinational corporation and an HMO. In addition to his position with HHC Group, Dr. Hinkson serves as the Supervising Occupational Employee Health Physician for a large Southern California county.

Farzan is an accomplished attorney with more than a decade of experience providing strategic legal and regulatory guidance in complex healthcare and corporate environments. As head of HHC's legal department, he oversees independent dispute resolution, contract negotiations, and enterprise-wide compliance with HIPAA, URAC, and Medicare standards.

Recognized for his ability to translate evolving laws and regulations into practical, business-aligned solutions, Farzan works closely with executive leadership to strengthen governance, mitigate risk, and support sustainable growth. A trusted advisor and dynamic leader, he delivers clear, actionable guidance on complex legal matters while fostering a culture of operational excellence and integrity.

Farzan brings broad experience across litigation, corporate, and transactional law. Prior to joining HHC Group, he practiced at a Maryland law firm, where he handled a wide range of legal matters for diverse clients.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and received his Juris Doctor, graduating with honors, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Farzan is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Bob brings extensive experience in marketing healthcare products and services, as well as consumer and industrial technology solutions, supporting H.H.C. Group's strategic growth and market positioning. His background combines healthcare domain expertise with large‑scale brand and product marketing discipline, enabling effective engagement with managed care organizations, TPAs, and employer stakeholders.

Bob served as Director of Marketing at Caremark during a period of national expansion and was a member of the company's senior management team. In this role, he helped guide the organization's growth strategy, oversee market development initiatives, and strengthen Caremark's presence with healthcare buyers nationwide.

He also worked with Diabetes Center Inc., where he was responsible for marketing healthcare products and services to managed care plans across the United States. This experience gave him deep insight into payer decision‑making, value‑based positioning, and the complexities of marketing clinical solutions within regulated healthcare environments.

Prior to entering the healthcare sector, Bob held marketing management roles at Procter & Gamble, Clorox, and Coors, where he developed a strong foundation in brand strategy, product commercialization, and data‑driven marketing execution. This combination of consumer marketing rigor and healthcare specialization enables Bob to translate complex H.H.C. Group solutions into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.

Brenda is an experienced finance and operations professional with over 21 years of service in Accounting, Human Resources, and Supply Management roles at global energy and software companies. Since joining HHC Group in 2021, she has been responsible for overseeing the company's daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial stability.

Originally from the Philippines, Brenda earned her Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of the East and is a Board Certified Accountant, bringing deep technical expertise and global business experience to her role.

Barbara supervises the intake, processing, and repricing of Medical, Workers' Compensation, Auto, Dental, and Medicare claims. She brings more than 25 years of experience managing healthcare claims processing and payment operations. Prior to joining HHC Group, Barbara spent five years as Manager of Claims at another Maryland-based organization. A Maryland native, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Communications from Amridge University.

Chico brings over 39 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including 20 years in Military Medicine serving as both a Surgical Technician and Administrator. At HHC Group, he oversees client billing, medical review procedures and diagnosis coding for accuracy, and supports the Clinical staff in delivering high-quality Independent Medical Review reports. Chico has also served as an Instructor for the AAPC Local Chapter, where he teaches medical billing and coding.
