Dr. Roger Hinkson is board-certified in occupational and environmental medicine with prior experience as a California State qualified medical evaluator (QME) and an independent medical examiner (IME) with the California Employment Development Department. He has worked for a large multinational corporation and an HMO. In addition to his position with HHC Group, Dr. Hinkson serves as the Supervising Occupational Employee Health Physician for a large Southern California county.
Farzan is an accomplished attorney with more than a decade of experience providing strategic legal and regulatory guidance in complex healthcare and corporate environments. As head of HHC's legal department, he oversees independent dispute resolution, contract negotiations, and enterprise-wide compliance with HIPAA, URAC, and Medicare standards.

His background combines healthcare domain expertise with large‑scale brand and product marketing discipline, enabling effective engagement with managed care organizations, TPAs, and employer stakeholders.
Bob served as Director of Marketing at Caremark during a period of national expansion and was a member of the company's senior management team. In this role, he helped guide the organization's growth strategy, oversee market development initiatives, and strengthen Caremark's presence with healthcare buyers nationwide.
He also worked with Diabetes Center Inc., where he was responsible for marketing healthcare products and services to managed care plans across the United States. Originally from the Philippines, Brenda earned her Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of the East and is a Board Certified Accountant, bringing deep technical expertise and global business experience to her role.
Barbara supervises the intake, processing, and repricing of Medical, Workers' Compensation, Auto, Dental, and Medicare claims. She brings more than 25 years of experience managing healthcare claims processing and payment operations. Prior to joining HHC Group, Barbara spent five years as Manager of Claims at another Maryland-based organization. A Maryland native, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Communications from Amridge University.
Chico brings over 39 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including 20 years in Military Medicine serving as both a Surgical Technician and Administrator. At HHC Group, he oversees client billing, medical review procedures and diagnosis coding for accuracy, and supports the Clinical staff in delivering high-quality Independent Medical Review reports. Chico has also served as an Instructor for the AAPC Local Chapter, where he teaches medical billing and coding.
