Bruce D. Roffé, P.D., M.S., H.I.A. President & CEO

Dr. Bruce Roffé is president and CEO of HHC Group, and is also a licensed pharmacist. He founded HHC in 1995, and has grown it into one of the nation's top healthcare cost-containment companies. Today, Dr. Roffé continues to lead the company's growth and expansion into new markets with innovative services to meet the changing needs of HHC's clients. Previously, he was assistant director of hospital pharmacy at Detroit Receiving Hospital and University Health Center and was also an adjunct assistant professor of hospital pharmacy at Wayne State University, College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Detroit, Michigan.

Roberta A. Fineroff Roffé, B.A., M.S., CPC® Vice President of Operations

Roberta is the vice president of operations at HHC Group and a 20-year veteran at the company. She has far-reaching experience in commercial healthcare credit and collections, including time spent at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Sinai Hospital of Detroit. Roberta is an expert in commercial insurance reimbursement, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. She is also a medical, certified professional coder (CPC).



Theresa Fraley, RN Utilization Review Nurse Supervisor

Theresa manages the Medical Review Program, She brings over 20 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing care to HHC Group. As the Director of Nursing of a 100 bed skilled facility, she coordinated the care, oversaw the utilization review of each resident throughout each resident's stay and managed the department and staff. Additionally, she developed and implemented the Quality Assurance Program and wrote necessary policies and procedures. . Theresa received her RN in 1994 and is a graduate from Montgomery College, Rockville, Maryland.



Roger Hinkson, MD, MPH, MIBS, QME Medical Director

Dr. Roger Hinkson is board-certified in occupational medicine, board-eligible in preventive medicine, a California state qualified medical evaluator (QME), and an independent medical examiner (IME) registered with the California employment development department. In addition to his position with HHC Group, Dr. Hinkson serves as chief physician at a major national entertainment company.



Leana Derbarghamian, JD General Counsel

Leana is the general counsel and corporate compliance officer at HHC Group who manages the company's legal affairs, including Medicare compliance and appeals reviews. She is responsible for maintaining HHC's certifications, licenses, and corporate reporting. Prior to joining HHC, she was an attorney in the complex civil litigation department of Shulman Rogers and served as general counsel to several privately-held companies. She is a member of multiple bar associations.


Robert Serber Director of Marketing and Special Projects

Bob has extensive experience marketing healthcare products and services, as well as consumer and industrial technology products. He served as director of marketing and a member of the senior management staff of Caremark during its national expansion. He also worked with Diabetes Center Inc., where he was responsible for marketing products and services to managed healthcare plans nationwide. Prior to entering the healthcare field, he worked in marketing management for Procter and Gamble, Clorox, and Coors.

Lingling Zhang, MCPD Senior Database Engineer

Lingling offers HHC Group's clients expertise maintaining and developing healthcare/insurance industry database/applications. She has spent her entire 20+ year career in the information technology field specifically focused on maintaining and developing databases for companies and institutions such as Columbia University. Lingling is a Microsoft certified engineer, is credentialed as a Microsoft certified technology specialist (SQL Server 2005, MCPD) and is a Windows/web applications developer.


Jeanne Hurley Director of Business Services

Jeanne has over 12 years of experience in small business management. Prior to joining the HHC Group, she was Account Manager and Lead Professional for a major international relocation company in Bridgewater, NJ. Prior to that, she was a Processing Manager for a 53-agent office in Hillsborough, NJ. Among her many responsibilities at the H.H.C. Group, Jeanne oversees the Human Resources Department, Accounts Receivable and Payables. She brings many organizational skills to her position from her previous positions of leadership.
