H.H.C. Group Releases 2019 Client Survey Results

January 02, 2020 HHC Group has released the results of its annual client survey. The survey is designed to assess the company's performance and help identify its clients' greatest needs and concerns going into 2020.

Survey respondents reported they are getting a very good bang for their buck. Eighty-eight percent rated the value they receive for the price they pay as "outstanding". Importantly, they ranked the company's quality products and solutions as excellent and said the strong savings HHC generates give them a significant advantage in today's competitive marketplace. Almost 90% described that advantage as "Vital" or "Big".

Respondents also reported that HHC Group delivers on its promise of providing superior service. They gave the company high ratings for meeting or beating turnaround deadlines, promptly returning emails and phone calls and getting them what they need when they need it. They said they appreciated having direct access to everyone in the organization, including the president and CEO. They said that HHC's people listen to them and truly care about their businesses. Finally, they told us that the sales people are problem solvers who know our products and understand the industry.
